i wanna store image in eeprom. how can i read it to display in web?

my board is now working in LAN, but when i plug in router, it doesn't work. how should i config router?please help me!

i've download stack ver 1.2.1. When i programmed Webserver_MEGA32.hex to board, it worked.
But when i compiled project and programmed new hexfile to board, it didn't work.
i didn't modify anything.
can you help me.plz.
