PCB BOARD PROBLEM??? -URGENT

Looking the address connection from ARM to SAMSUNG MEMORY, i see that

ARM PIN PROCESSOR SAMSUNG MEMORY
A15 IS CONNECTED TO A14
A14 IS CONNECTED TO A13
A13 IS CONNECTED TO A12

Is this right?

That is right, because you can use this board with 2 and 4 MB.

Two schematics that i found...ANYONE (memory draw) is equal do MEMMOD PCB that i got in your page

If you said that

A15 connect to A14 and soon is correct...

Where is the schematic correct?

I suppose that THE MEMMOD.BRD that i used is wrong

I got in the your page section : ARM WebBox

But there is a schematic in your page section: µClinux4ARM

all schematic are correct!

The first schematic is in 8 bit mode, I use A0, A1 ect.
The second schematic is for the 32 Bit mode, I don't use A0 and A1
In 16Bit mode you don't use A0 but you must use A1

Memmod.brd work correct, with my MemoryCardAlt.brd when you set the Jumper to A0
